Payment Precedes Usage
Major clients often outsource photographs and model bookings to another company. On occasions it has been impossible to obtain payment from the outsourced company because of financial difficulties, or even liquidation, and yet the pictures continue to be used by the major client who has already paid the outsourcee. AMA Terms & Conditions clearly state that a model's pictures may not be used unless he or she has been paid in full.
