Several newspapers reported the dissatisfaction over scheduling of the September 2011 LFW; in particular Gucci were accused of disrupting shows by flying models off to Milan for castings on the Saturday. Excessive call times had also become an issue. Together with the appalling payment records of many designers these matters are due to be discussed at a forthcoming meeting between the AMA and the British Fashion Council.
