Become an AMA member
Membership of the AMA is open to any UK model agent (an employment agent whose sole income is derived from commission on work obtained for photographic and fashion models) who fulfils the criteria outlined in the AMA's Code of Practice.
These require, in part, that the agency:
- has been trading for at least two years,
- does not assocaite itself with modelling schools or other businesses providing goods or services to models,
- does not impose upon the model any action or activity which is either dangerous or demeaning.
Applications will be subject to detailed scrutiny by the AMA council.
A joining fee of £750 together with an annual membership subscription of £3000 are payable upon acceptance by the Council.
